Check your eligibility for the QuanG program
Before applying to the QuanG2 PhD program, candidates must ensure that they meet both the MSCA mobility rule and the academic eligibility requirements described below.
1. MSCA mobility rule
To be eligible, applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in France for more than 12 months during the reference period:
- From 15 March 2023 to 16 March 2026
Short stays such as holidays are not taken into account.
2. Academic requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Master’s degree (M2) or an equivalent qualification
- Obtain this degree no later than 16 March 2026
The degree must allow access to doctoral studies in the country where it was awarded.
3. Supporting documents
Applicants will be required to provide supporting documents to verify their eligibility, including (but not limited to):
- Proof of residence and/or professional activity for the MSCA mobility rule
- Official academic transcripts and degree certificates
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the application being deemed ineligible.
