Before completing the application form
You are about to submit your application for the 2026 PhD call of the QuanG2 and QuanTEdu-France/QuantAlps programmes.
The form does not allow you to save your progress while completing the application. If you do not complete the form in one go, your data will be lost and you will need to start again.
You can consult all the questions in the application form in this document to make sure you have all the required information and documents before starting.

For QuanG2 applicants :

Cover Letter : No template but, please be sure to insert the following elements in your cover letter :
- Motivation for academic and/or non-academic careers
- Motivation for doing an interdisciplinary PhD (if applicable in regard of your Phd topic choices)

Note: For applicants coming from interdisciplinary backgrounds (e.g., social sciences and humanities), you may use this template, which is more appropriate.
For QuanTEdu and QuantAlps applicants:

The information collected on this form will be processed to manage your application and registration for the training program. Where processing is based on the consent of the person concerned, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the data protection officer.
The recipients of the data are: the Human Resources Department, the Selection Committee, Administration Office, and the Data Protection Officer at UGA.
The duration of data retention is limited to 2 years after the end of the training course. It will then be destroyed.
