Required Documents | Quang2: Quantum Grenoble Doctoral Programme

You will find below the list of all documents required for your application to the PhD call for the QuanG2 or QuanTEdu/QuantAlps programs.

Please note that for some documents, a template is available. We kindly ask you to use it.

All documents must be submitted in PDF format. They will be requested during your application process.

For QuanG2

Cover letter : No template but, please be sure to insert the following elements in your cover letter :
- Motivation for academic and/or non-academic careers
- Motivation for doing an interdisciplinary PhD (if applicable in regard of your Phd topic choices)
Curriculum Vitae
Academic Results : Please upload your academic transcripts for both your Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
Proof of identity (Passport or National Identity Card)
Letters of recommendation : Each applicant is required to submit two letters of recommendation. The letters must be written using the template, which can be downloaded via this link.

Note: For applicants coming from interdisciplinary backgrounds (e.g., social sciences and humanities), you may use this template, which is more appropriate.

They must be sent directly by the authors to the following email address: quantum-grenoble-phdlistes.grenoble.cnrs.fr (quantum-grenoble-phd[at]listes[dot]grenoble[dot]cnrs[dot]fr) before 16 March. One letter should come from the responsible of the Master’s programme (or equivalent) of the candidate, and the other from previous supervisor (e.g., supervisor(s) of the Master’s internship or equivalent)

Scientific Description : Please download the template and complete it together with your supervisor.
Commitment and agreement : Please download the template. Be sure to have it completed and signed by all parties before submission.
Letters of recommendation : Each applicant is required to submit two letters of recommendation. The letters must be written using the template, which can be downloaded via this link.

Official document of acceptance by the program/institution : This document must indicate 18 months of salary. Only required for candidates applying for a co-funded PhD with another university.
